Advisory to Formulators
For those purchasing new to you ingredients for formulations, we will not be held liable for replacement cost of finished products where the ingredient does not meet your needs, this includes new batches. Always smell and test the new ingredient prior to master batching. We are only responsible for our ingredients in their pure form.

Return & Exchange Policy: We accept returns on unopened, unused product in re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer returns on final sale, liquidation ,clearance, or discontinued items, as well as on special orders. Exchanges can easily be done in store, if from a shipping order, please email us for further instructions.
Damaged Goods: We do our utmost to ensure your product is packed and delivered safe and sound. In the event that your package is considered to be lost, stolen or damaged in transit, and you did not purchase Route Protect, please contact us immediately, info@soapandmore.ca, and we will submit a claim with the shipping company. The process can take a few weeks to resolve, however, we cannot process a refund or reshipment until we receive a resolution and do keep in mind there is no insurance coverage over $100. We appreciate your patience and understanding. In addition, if your tracking number has not updated after several days, kindly reach out to us, and we will promptly investigate the matter.
Unsatisfactory Purchase and Returns: We take pride in only offering products with unsurpassed quality. Our products are used to produce cosmetics and ingredients must be verified unadulterated. Returns must be approved by the store manager within 30 days of purchase unopened unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. If the product is being returned to us for personal reasons, i.e. changed mind, did not like etc. and was not due to our error/issue, shipping costs to return the goods will be the customers responsibility.
Animal Testing: Soap and More does not advocate the testing of ingredients on animals. We confirm that we have never undertaken any product testing on animals, nor have we ever requested that our ingredient manufacturers do so. We do not source ingredients from manufacturers who test on animals and we undertake to determine this when considering new raw materials suppliers.
Liabilities: Soap & More assumes no liability for misuse or abuse of its products. All of our products are extensively tested and do not make claims without substantiating them. If you add other ingredients to our bases, testing should be conducted prior to release. Common sense prevails, if you or a client has allergies or has an adverse reaction to a certain ingredient you have added, they must stop further application. Damage to property, materials or personal injury resulting from ingesting or careless misuse of our product, will not be held responsible.
Third Party Complaints: If you are a distributor or an individual who purchased a product and the client has noticed a problem with the item, call us directly. This is to clarify the actual complaint, whether it is from Soap & ore or possibly a reaction to those people who add additional ingredients to our base. Please note, if you have intentionally or unintentionally misled individuals with false information regarding the use of this product, we will in no way support those misleading results or exaggerated claims you have made.
Spoiled Product: We have a high degree of cleanliness and thorough testing of products before it ever leaves our facility. Not to say that a production error on our part is impossible. We realize that using a number of natural ingredients that are sourced from around the globe may result in minor issues. If you feel that there is a noticeable flaw in the product, contact us immediately.
