If you're contacting us regarding formulations and technical questions, please include your formula. We are not formulators, however will do our best to answer any questions you have.

If you're contacting us regarding an online order:

Please include the order number.
If there is an error in your order (wrong item, missing item, damage), please email us and include your order number and pictures of the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, pictures of the box and damaged contents must be emailed to us at info@soapandmore.ca in order to file a claim.
